Tucson
(TOO-sahn) describes itself as "The True West"
and it is, steeped in history of the wild west.
The scenery is that of cowboy films, cactus forests,
rolling hills and craggy mountains.
Laying in the border region that mixes the cultures
of the United States and Mexico. It's past residents
have included Spanish explores, fronteirsmen from
Europe and the Native Americans. Mixes of all these
nationalities still exist today.
Unlike more central Arizona,
the climate here is mild nearly all the time.
